		If you do not know what hanging weight is, please contact Tami for more information. All steaks are packaged with two steaks in a package. Ground meat is packaged in one pound packages. Roasts are in approximately 3 to 5 pound packages. We are now accepting orders for Spring 2008. We still have a limited supply of Griller, Family and Ground Beef packages available. Please contact Tami for availability. Griller Beef Pack includes 12-15 lbs of steaks that would be great for grilling, 8 lbs ground beef, 5 lbs ground round and 5 lbs ground chuck. ALL WEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE The Family Beef Pack includes a variety of cuts including 20 to 24 lbs of a variety of roasts, 15 lbs of ground beef; 2 lbs stew meat, 2 lbs cube steak, 2-3 lbs sirloin steak. ALL WEIGHTS ARE APPROXIMATE The Ground Beef Pack will include APPROXIMATELY 30 lbs of ground beef.
